Choose your location, date and time of arrival (check in time), cabin type (premium, standard or twin), departure (check out time) and number of cabins.
Step 2
Click for availability and the booking system will calculate the price. If your preferred cabin(s) and/or times are not available our booking system will show the best match to your request - you can go back and change any of the details to recalculate the price and availability at any time.
Step 3
Enter one name per cabin booked and click to confirm
Step 4
Returning customers can log in and the system will retrieve your stored details. New customers can continue to the payment page where your details will be captured and stored for future bookings (we do not store credit or debit card information). Full summary of your booking will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone (if you choose) after your booking is complete
Confirmation
Will be sent to you via an e-mail and a SMS message. It will contain your unique booking reference number or numbers in the case of multi cabin bookings. It will contain location information of the YOTEL. You will need this reference number in case you need to cancel/amend the booking in the future.

You can book more than one cabin in a single transaction but the dates, check and check out times must be the same for each cabin.
The maximum number of cabins you can book in a transaction is 10.
The minimum age for booking and occupation of a YOTEL cabin is 16. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18)
YOTEL prices are based on a minimum price for a four hour booking from as little as £40 for a premium or Twin cabin and £25 for a standard cabin at YOTEL Gatwick & YOTEL Heathrow. Prices at YOTEL Schiphol are also based on a minimum price for a four hour booking from as little as €60 for a premium or Twin cabin and €35 for a standard cabin. The prices per hour thereafter are from as little as £6.50 at YOTEL Gatwick & YOTEL Heathrow and from €8 at YOTEL Schiphol per hour in a standard cabin.
credit cards carry a charge of 1.9% or £3 for bookings at YOTEL Gatwick & YOTEL Heathrow or €4 at YOTEL SCHIPHOL whichever the greater.
You can book up to 10 cabins in a single transaction for different names providing that the dates and times for each cabin are the same. Please see amendments and cancellations for different rules regarding booking for 5 -10 cabins. Even If you reduce the number of cabins booked to 4 or less. Group cabin booking rules will still apply.
Once confirmed your cabin(s) is guaranteed for you until your booked check out time.
You can postpone, cancel or amend your booking right up until 24hrs (in the case of 5 -10 cabins – 72hrs) before your date and time of arrival. We think this is fair – we might struggle to fill your cancelled cabin any closer than that.

Step 1
Use the check in kiosks at the front of the hotel - follow the prompts on the kiosk screens to confirm your booking
Step 2
We will ask you for a credit card to make it easy for to order food, drink and pay for movies in your cabin. We don’t take cash for extras but there are no charges for using cards to pay for extras.
Step 3
Your cabin key card and your cabin receipt with Wi-fi access code (for use in cabin) will be issued from the check in kiosk.
If you turn up early before your check in time, check in at the kiosk as normal and we will do our best to extend your booking and check you in. Press the help button located on the kiosk screen to alert a cabin crew member
If you are late – don’t worry your cabin booking is held for you until your booked departure time.
The safety and welfare of customers, staff and passengers is a priority. Airports Authorities do reserve the right to conduct random searches of YOTEL customers. Please co-operate fully if you are selected. Customers who do not co-operate will likely be refused entry to YOTEL on security grounds. Existing security measures may require your consent for your bags to be screened by x-ray and searched by hand. Please note this is a condition of booking and that failure to give your consent to screening and searching will result in you not being allowed to take your bags into the facility.
YOTEL will automatically check you out of your cabin as soon as your booked check out time/date passes. Access to your cabin will stop and a copy of your account will be e-mailed to you. Please leave your cabin key card at the galley or at the exit to YOTEL as you leave.
You can extend your booking at any time, dependant on availability. Rates are subject to change. Customers still resident after their scheduled departure time will be asked to vacate their cabin promptly.
